The best service & hospitality that I received from Miss Noora of The Case Accounts Department, Dubai Courts , Garhoud . Madam was very quick , smart , & very humble too . My case which was delayed for 2 months was cleared in 5 minutes . I thank the organization for having intelligent & wonderful staff .
I recently had a very frustrating experience with the Dubai court regarding my traffic objection. After my court hearing, the court decided to reduce my fine, and I was instructed to make the payment online. I reached out multiple times to the Dubai court customer service for assistance, but unfortunately, most of them provided me with incorrect information. After a month of waiting for a single payment link, I finally managed to pay the fine. However, that was just the beginning of my frustrations. I followed up multiple times to receive the necessary documentation to send to Dubai Police for the removal of my fine. Meanwhile, my car registration was set to expire at the end of the month, and I was told by customer service that I needed to complete the documentation within 5 working days. Now, it’s been 10 days, and I still haven’t received any notification from the team, despite my continuous follow-ups. This experience has shown a complete lack of efficiency among the staff, and they haven't fulfilled their promises in addressing customer requests. To make matters worse, I received a warning email from the RTA because my deadline to renew my car registration is approaching. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and response time from the Dubai court.customer service team.
A Quick Guide to Justice in Dubai, UAE. Step 1: You lose AED 50,000 to a scammer in Dubai. Step 2: Approach the police station who will ask you to go to court. Step 3: Go to the court, who will ask you to visit one of their many govt run service (typing) centers like Ontime and Al Ahdeed. Step 4: You keep 50% of your claimed value to pay all the legal fees. In this case AED 25,000 . BEWARE!!! Do not get fooled by thinking it is just 6% which is a court deposit. You must consider the memorandum cost, all charges to service centers, translation fees, newspaper ad, expert fee, knowledge dirham, VAT, enforcement fee, your time, travel expense, parking fees during all the process (charges near these centers will be above AED 4/ hour) and many more which will come up. In my case I spent AED 26,000. Step 5: Keep yourself available for all the teams court hearings which will be attendance sessions. Your case number and name will be called. That's it, you can hang up. These sessions willbe repeated until the next payment milestone arrives which can be anything. Hence this is totally a blind spot. Step 6: Continue paying all the fees told by the Judge during all the hearings. Do not miss them. If you are totally bankrupt and out of cash, try taking a loan and pay the court. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. If you beg the court that you are out of cash to pay further and all you need is justice and your money back from the scammer, they judge will ask if he can issue you the judgement. Now, this is the most suspenseful situation. You will be very curious to know the judgement. The judgement is "CASE DISMISSED". REASON: PLAINTIFF WAS UNABLE TO PAY THE FEES DEMANDED BY THE COURT. Now all of you will have a question here. If the court is merely an organisation providing justice upon charges paid by the victim, should you not get a detailed quotation before they start their services? Is it ethical giving hopes that you will get justice legally and taking all your wealth and at some point...
