My experience with Dubainow apps is bad, as it has many malfunctions, the connection between the apps and agencies very slow, and in some transactions there is no connection between government agencies.

This agency would have to be the most stupid group of people I have ever dealt with. If you get a speeding ticket as a foreigner, the Dubai police will send you to a website to pay (Smart Dubai). This website does not accept foreign credit cards, but doesn't bother to tell you. They will tie up your money for weeks and tell you that the problem exists with the police. Do not use Smart Dubai under any circumstances. They are far to stupid to understand how to operate as an organisation in 2019.
