I had a fantastic experience learning to drive with instructor Ishtiaq at Driving Center.From the very first lesson, he was patient, encouraging, and extremely knowledgeable.He explained everything clearly and always made me feel comfortable behind the wheel, even when I was nervous. Also, Abdul Jabbar from customer service was super helpful and supportive. I highly recommend Dubai Driving Center to anyone looking for a supportive and effective driving instructor. Truly a 5-star experience!

Disappointing Customer Service I’ve been trying to get information about the driving classes at this Dubai Driving Center in Silicon Oasis for three days, but the communication has been extremely poor. Their response rate is terrible. When you message them, they’ll respond with a simple “Hi,” but if you ask any questions, you’re left waiting indefinitely for a reply. You have to follow up repeatedly by sending a message just to remind them to check our message, and even then, it feels like you’re lucky to get one message a day. It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I can’t comment on the quality of the driving classes because I haven’t joined, but if this is how they treat potential customers, it doesn’t inspire much confidence. This kind of initial experience is really disappointing
