The worst Amer center I ever have been , the center is empty still I had to wait more the 30min just for a visa cancels unfortunately can’t be done online , as Dubai is a fast paced city, this particular center should have a restructure as there is no one in charge to talk to . The employees apparently don’t appreciate the bravery and the importance of their job to the ppl needing their help to get things done and get moving

I went to Tasheel Business Bay Avenue Mall to inquire about the E-PRO activation. None of the people at the counters I approached answered my questions or explained what needed to be done. I wasn’t even finished with my questions, and they were already assisting other clients. Even the supervisor was rude. Other Tasheel offices have nicer employeet and they will help you.

Extremely poor service took 4hours waiting for the supervisor at the end its useless,, they are also very lazy, playing around and gossiping. Slow service at reception, never pick up the phone, always ignore the messages. Very bad service 👎🏼
