Very rude staff. A Dewa car was parked in my driveway since morning and after repeated requests to remove it the staff inside the vehicle started arguing and refused to remove the car from my property

I have made a request for connection 3 days back. It’s still not connected. Each time I’m calling in getting the reply that they will prioritize me, and within 2h maximum 4h it will be connected 3 days later nothing is done. I’m so so disappointed as I don’t know how to live during the summer without electricity, water and AC. And who is going to be responsible for the kids staying inside the apartment where is 50 degrees

I’m normally a calm and understanding person, but this experience left me truly disappointed. I submitted an online request on June 15 to activate utilities for my apartment 608 (LIV Marina). I paid AED 2,130 and attached ownership documents. I received a confirmation of successful activation. To my shock, on July 5 the unit was disconnected from electricity, water, and AC — without warning. After multiple calls and follow-ups, I discovered that utilities were mistakenly activated for a completely unrelated apartment (902). I don’t know the owners of that unit and never submitted any request for it. I spent 3 full days trying to solve this — over 10 calls a day, facing a technical error on the website, and being asked to pay again for the same apartment. Only after 72 hours of effort was I able to resubmit my request — and now I’m told I have to wait another 3 working days. Meanwhile, my Airbnb guests canceled, and I suffered losses over AED 6,000. I’m still waiting for proper resolution and hope this review will encourage improvement in process transparency and accountability.

Disappointing customer experience. 3 weeks ago I and my wife (we are co-owners) purchased apartments, the same day my wife received SMS from Dewa to activate the account. We tried to do it, but it didn't work, then we called to Dewa and found out that this is because in Dewa system they included only my wife as the account holder, while in the title deed there are both of us. This is why we couldn't activate the account. So, 2 weeks ago we opened the ticket asking to make joint account, as required according to Dewa rules. Customer support told us that it will take 3 working days...but still nothing, we have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for now. We literally called them every day, and each time we only heard that the problem will be resolved soon, don't worry. But still no progress. We sent multiple email to the Dewa customer care and no reply at all... We don't know what to do with it. I see that in comments here the Dewa representative asks to send email to the customer care to resolve the issue, but in reality it didn't work in our case, unfortunately. Please help us to resolve our case ASAP. Reference number: 102659229
