Dubai Flea Market

I just want to share my experience with Reef Mall Flea Market just today! It was sooo DISAPPOINTING and I felt DISRESPECTED!!!! I am always going to flea market to buy things because I enjoy it to buy cheap and authentic items and I am a fan. BUT, this Very Old European Lady DISRESPECTED me!!!!!(I don't know her name, and I don't even want to know!, just refer to the photo, its not clear because I am too far already when i took it..) I am just buying and looking at her items because I was looking for a dress but as soon as I accidentally dropped the hanger, she suddenly SHOVED me OFF and said unwanted DISRESPECTFUL words at me! Just an awful VENDOR!!!!! VERY DISRESPECTFUL!! I just want to ask is she the OWNER of this FLEA MARKET, to DISRESPECT me like this???? I want to ask the coordinator or OWNER of the Flea Market to please adhere to this incident because this is serious! Don't put your Beautiful Event into RISK just because of this kind of Vendor. You will lose your CREDIBILITY to people and customers and followers of your Events. Please please please act accordingly to this matter.

This is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. It's absolutely unacceptable how careless this team is. We've been trying to book a table for weeks, and their website simply doesn't work. Every time we reach out, we're arrogantly redirected back to the same broken system. It's a complete disaster. The level of disorganization and disregard for customers is shocking.

I recently join the Dubai Flea Market and had an incredibly disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. My encounter with a staff member named Flori was particularly distressing. Upon arrival, she informed me that my boxes were not allowed in the mall, despite my clarification that I had received confirmation from her team that my items were permitted. Instead of listening to my concerns, Flori shouted at me, insisting that I had to respect their rules, which I was trying to do. What compounded my frustration was that I noticed other sellers with similar boxes who were not approached or asked to remove their items. This inconsistency highlights a serious issue with the staff's enforcement of rules, leading me to believe that the market operates unfairly. Moreover, the market's policy stating that vendors can only sell their own items is misleading. I observed other sellers purchasing items from me and then reselling them at inflated prices. This practice is not only unethical but gives the impression that the Dubai Flea Market is more of a scam than a fair marketplace. I also reached out to the person I had previously communicated with via WhatsApp to express my concerns, but I never received a response. This lack of communication and accountability is incredibly frustrating and undermines the seller experience. I urge the management to address these significant issues promptly to restore trust and fairness at the Dubai Flea Market.

Followed the directions there to zabeel park and the market wasn’t there so apparently they move around a lot so you’d have to figure that out

A great initiative in preaching sustainability. They are held in the weekends and their schedule and timings can be found on their website. You can buy new and pre-loved products ranging from apparels to stationaries at reasonable prices. You can sell your preloved products by booking stalls with dubai flea market as well.
