Came across their Instagram account and decided to visit. Their Instagram gave the illusion that this was a big showroom. It’s quite small in size and not a lot of variety to view. The staff were quite a nuisance. We didn’t appreciate being constantly followed by two Turkish ladies constantly asking us for our mobile number to “open a file” as they referred to it. They give you zero personal space and just follow you around the showroom even if you politely tell them you will ask them if you have any queries. They still chase you insisting that you give them your number. Very bizarre. We left quite frustrated. It was a weird experience!

We bought a sofa from their store in 2020. After 3 years of not so intensive use the sofa seats became too soft, and all the cheap quality pillows started to slip all over the sofa every time someone sat over. When my husband and I decided to visit the store and check if it is possible to purchase new seats for our existing sofa with harder foam, the store manager informed us they tripled their prices after the Covid time for the same sofa design, and they don't usually offer hard version foam seats. It was very disappointing from their side not to be flexible and offer any permanent solution, except for buying some top covers which were supposed to slightly make a change and their price was fortune. I don't recommend this store if you are looking for a comfortable sofa.

If you want something modern, nice and good quality, this place for you. The stuff of this shop, know their work and do it in best way. I want to say thanks to Ms Nazik, who helped our family to choose best options for our home.
