Dubai Helipark by Air Chateau

One of the best experiences of my life. This was something on my bucket list, the views were stunning, the pilot was great too and the service from all staff from the minute we got picked up from our hotel was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone that wants to do a helicopter tour in dubai. Good value for money as well.

The helicopter ride with Air Chateau was a bit underwhelming. The starting point was far, and without a pick-up option, it would have been inconvenient. Though some landmarks were identifiable, most were not, and the staff’s lack of engagement made the flight feel less worth the price. There are other companies that offer more comprehensive tours with better site coverage for a similar or even lower price, making this experience feel less competitive in comparison.

Recently went on a helicopter ride with Air Chateau, and while it was comfortable and luxurious, the experience felt rushed and lacked interaction from the staff. Even though the landmarks were mentioned, it was unclear where to look, making it difficult for tourists. Further, we did not get any up close views of the Burj Al Arab and other landmarks. The photograph session was pretty much the only highlight of the experience, but unfortunately, it comes at an additional fee. Overall, it felt more like a casual flight than an immersive experience. Would not recommend for the price.

Disappointed! We recently booked a helicopter tour, and I must say it was a disappointing experience and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. The helipad was located far from the city, which made it difficult to see the major landmarks that were advertised and supposed to be the highlight of the tour. We were hoping to get close views of iconic sights however we only got a brief view of Palm Jumeirah and then turned back without getting close to The Palm, Jumeirah Island and Burj Al Arab which was quite underwhelming. I expected a more comprehensive tour that truly showcased the city's famous landmarks. Sadly, this wasn't the case, and I felt that the experience did not provide good value for money. I would not recommend this company for helicopter tour if you're looking to get a close-up view of Dubai's most famous sites.

Avoid this company, they have cancelled my fly for my wife 40th birthday about 15hrs before event. I have e-mailed them week before to make sure all good - no response till last minute - and apparently they have been closed for a month now - know this for other place HeliDubai that saved my wife present. Hope they will be shut down, also I have been told - they based about 1hr drive from Dubai
