Absolutely the worst insurance experience I’ve ever had. Never again! Please, for your own peace of mind, do not choose this insurance. I’ve never seen such poor customer service — they make you run from one person to another with zero help or proper guidance. Every step is unnecessarily complicated and delayed. It’s like they are trained to frustrate and exhaust you. Total waste of time and energy. This policy looks good on paper, but in reality, it’s just useless. Save yourself the trouble and go with a more reliable provider.

I have been living in Dubai for more than 22 years where I have experienced several insurance companies but worse than this company I haven’t experienced ever never , once they take your money don’t ever expect to be covered at all , I swear they didn’t cover the cost of my daughter’s very normal flew ,I have paid 31000 to insure my self and my family and whenever we go to doctors , all blood tests and medicines are rejected , on 12/3/2025 my so got tonsils infection when doctor demanded an urgent operation for removal , the insurance company rejected and I had to pay 7800 aed to make it on my expense . I went to make ordinary check up of my blood, cholesterol and fat , it was rejected , I called them to request cancellation of my insurance with them and again it was rejected , they took my money for nothing . People for God sake be careful of this company , seriously be careful . At the moment I am hiring one lawyer to file a case against them . Be careful of them

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. In my case, they were not transparent in how they handled the rental process or communication. I was charged for items that were not clearly stated in the contract, and it felt like there was a lack of clarity between the rental company and the garage. I believe customers deserve full transparency when it comes to additional charges. Based on my experience, I would advise caution when dealing with this business.

Extremely disappointing experience. I genuinely don’t understand what’s wrong with this company. They took the payment and provided no service in return. Despite clear obligations, they’ve refused to honor them. I strongly advise others to stay away! this feels like a trap. Absolutely not recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Complaint a lot, mailed to their complaint department but nothing.

🚫 WORST INSURANCE COMPANY IN UAE ⚠️ They won’t pay out or approve. Don’t waste your money. They are heartless soulless humans. You can be sat in emergency situations in A&E and they will take hours upon hours - they don’t care. DO NOT USE THEM
