Dubai Islamic Bank - Bur Dubai Branch

Three people were ahead of me, and I waited for over an hour, only one number moved! This is the slowest customer service I’ve ever experienced. New customers arrived and were served quickly, while others were left waiting much longer. The numbering system feels completely random and poorly managed. From the mobile app to in-person customer service, nothing seems to work well.

Worst teller service. I went to this branch to pay for auto loan but when the teller service agent saw its 9 transaction he immediately told me to go to machine and pay even he is able to do the transaction, he is very rude agent. I went to branch manager and shes trying to help me but because of that teller agent i decide to leave this branch and pay to other branch counter number 23

Extremely disappointing experience with Dubai Islamic Bank BurJuman Branch. I closed my account and was told everything was finalized — even signed documents — and was assured I would receive my non-liability certificate within a week. However, after waiting for two weeks with no update and wasting hours trying to reach customer service (which is nearly impossible without an active account number), I visited the branch only to find out the staff had not even updated the request in the system. This negligence forced me to pay again for the non-liability certificate and wait another 1-2 weeks. Even worse, when my agent went to collect the certificate, they refused to release it because they said another document needed my signature — something they failed to inform me about beforehand. What kind of system is this? Absolutely unprofessional and mismanaged. Luckily, I decided to leave this bank. If you plan to take a credit card or open an account here — think twice. Closing your account and dealing with them afterward is a nightmare. Very poor service and zero accountability.

The Branch Manager isn't respectable with customers. For one time work you need to go ten times. I visit there to reactivate my account and always he making some issue then I go Deira City Centre near main branch and only 30 minutes they solved my problem.
