I want DIB Dubai Mall branch to postponed my personal loans one month's EMI. Instead of providing that service they just enable others service. What a disgusting and disappointing service I received from them. Why this kind of inexperienced people working such a field who don’t konw nothing. I'm totally fed up with this. Bullshit service.

I went that branch three time and each time I get a very amazing service yes sometime there is a little bit longer but all DIB can be taken care by the staff very carefully so it’s worth waiting. I highly recommend.

⚠️ URGENT WARNING — Extremely unprofessional experience with this bank in Dubai. I was shocked to discover that my gender was changed in the system from female to male without my knowledge or consent. I only found out when I called to report a serious fraud concern, and instead of taking responsibility, the bank told me to go fix it myself at a branch — their mistake, yet no accountability. The customer service was beyond disappointing. Ahmad Najam and Khalid Hassen were careless, dismissive, and clearly unbothered. They kept trying to end the call without helping — no empathy, no support, no solution. This is not just bad service — this is dangerous negligence. If this is how they handle sensitive issues, I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this bank.
