Dubai Kennels & Cattery (DKC)

A friend of ours recommended DKC for the relocation of our 2 cats. Ever since my first meeting with their representative Mr.Pushkal on the 19th of January right upto our departure on the 25th of March, he's been so helpful & patient answering all of our questions. Our cats were picked up from home for their MOCCAE certification & dropped back. We also chose the pickup & drop to the airport option(for a few) because normally cabs do not allow pet travel. I got my Border Collie Nara,delivered from Brisbane to Milan via Dubai. The company that was looking after Nara’s delivery did not provide any updates at all. I wrote Janet at DKC and She was so friendly and provided me with details about Nara’s 24 hours stay at their facilities. Nara arrived exhausted but She was well. Highly recommended!

I had the most amazing service from the DKC team. I imported my cat from New Zealand, and they handled all the import paperwork seamlessly. The communication was clear, efficient, and very effective. Most importantly, they took great care of my cat while he was in the cattery before I arrived in the UAE. You can really tell that this place is run by people who genuinely care about animals.

Had a wonderful experience bringing my 2 dogs from the UK to Dubai. I had a UK based company sort out everything that side whilst DKC handled everything on the Dubai end. It was very nervous bringing my dogs out all that way on a plane, but DKC were fantastic throughout the process. They were always available for my many questions, and they kept me in touch every step of the way which set my nerves at ease. They did all the paper work so I didn’t have to, and I think their service was fantastic value for money. They clearly love animals, it’s very evident from the way they are. My cat's first experience of boarding couldn't have gone better thanks to the caring team at DKC. Upon viewing the place I was so impressed with the layout and nature-filled environment especially the cat jungle which enabled my indoor cat to finally get the chance to experience the 'great outdoors'. The team were attentive and provided me with regular whatsapp updates, both text and photos. He returned to us well-groomed and maintained his weight. He was definitely happy to be back home but I know when the occasion to travel arises again, he will be more than fine at DKC.
