i really disappointed from one of the staff named Mahmoud Daif and I'm not sure about if the spilling of his name correct or no however i went there at 10:20pm and i step in to the shop and the team was willing to assist me except this man and i do believe he is supervisor, and he totally refused to help my to print out my document witch is very important to me because he want to go home what kind of shame staff are working there
I used to go here almost everyday for printing and stationary needs but NO MORE. The Egyptian/Arabic printing staff treated me in absolutely worse attitude I have seen, that too 10am in the morning. I would understand if you have had a bad day but telling the customer to wait in a rude manner is not how the customer service should be done. Went to minutes and got my documents but will recommend the management to advise their staff to treat the customer better.
