Amazing service by the team. My friends and I have used their services twice to go for concerts and the car is always clean. The driver is polite and the overall experience is always fabulous. Can't recommend them enough

Went ahead and booked a limo for my husband’s 40th birthday with them. I wanted to play a special video inside which at the time of booking was told I just had to connect it to the TV to play. Unfortunately when the driver arrived he said we cannot connect our device to the TV. A little disappointed as the video couldn’t be played. But they did accommodate my request of providing extra number balloons at no additional cost and the driver was punctual and arrived right on time.

My experience with this service was below expectation, high price, bad service , driver was not well groomed as expected ( as in the pictures as per ad), services promised but was not available , promised the service with complimentary cold water and juices for eight guests, I was surprised that only one 0.5 car temperature water bottle available although we are 8 passengers, well informed , I paid extra cost for cold soft drinks which was suppose to be cooled in the car for the guests, I found them available in the car but with car temperature ( boiling ) so never used any … I claimed a compensation , but they claimed that I should have contacted the driver for anything , it wasn’t easy to contact the driver besides the driver should have introduced me about the drinks , fridge if available or ice cubes or glasses , or a way to communicate with him in emergency through intercom in the car if available or I should call him on mobile . my drive was one hour paying 700 aed , but I didn’t get what I asked for … so I have to rate this company with two stars only . Even the car was not cooled properly., I have picture for the drinks provided . They asked me for the full payment before the ride in few days … normally we pay a down payment only then the rest after the service, it was my biggest mistake which I will never do again . Dear Limo manager , Mr Mohammed , whatever your reply was , if your driver allows to come 10 minutes late I can accept coming back 10 minutes late with no complain, also if he comes late when we are inside the hotel lobby so we can’t stay outside in the hot humid weather , so this is acceptable out of courtesy, so don’t keep mentioning the delay part , 60 minutes was acceptable for both of us , I don’t want to mention anything about our call and my reservation which you tried hardly to give me the guilt in ordering my timing in our normal life timings, not as an airliner .
