Dubai Mall Taxi Pickup

It's a hit and miss affair. The staff isn't very friendly or helpful. Two taxis were fine however the third one was very bad. Charged a 12 D pick up fee instead of the 5 D and tried to give me some BS story. It's not the money that's the problem (I would have given him a good tip) but the dishonesty.

Very bad experience with the taxi service at Dubai Mall. The staff on site are shockingly rude, treating people with blatant disrespect and arrogance. They pretend to have some form of organization by setting up a dedicated line for the elderly, disabled, and pregnant women. But when I showed up with my 7-months-pregnant wife, the “guard” simply laughed in our faces and rudely sent us to the regular line, without the slightest consideration. What’s the point of putting up signs if the rules aren’t followed? Might as well take them down. A disgrace for such an iconic place as Dubai Mall.

Why keep changing taxi pick up location? Its impossible to find where its . I went where it used to be they told me one floor up to right.. I go there. Again they tell me more up than right and again.. I did left mall instead of looking anymore .. used to be so confortable. Also in different sides there used to be pickups now only 1 place long lines...why?

Don’t use Uber to pick up. Locations don’t work on GPS and drivers cancel regularly. Only drop off - use taxis to depart.
