Well maintain building, clean and smells nice. Security is very professional and helpful. Amazing Building Manager, she is got some awesome costumer service skills, kind, friendly and very professional, addition to that she got that beautiful smile.

I want to share my wonderful experience at Marina Moon Tower. From the moment you step into the building, you're greeted by a welcoming atmosphere and professional staff at office Daf, Mary and Hiba who truly care about residents' comfort, support and attentive always. The front desk team members, particularly Kalana , deserves special recognition for their attentiveness and friendly demeanor. They handle everything from package deliveries to visitor management with remarkable efficiency and he does every work for residents. The lobby lounge attendant Jorry and his assistant Man Bahadur maintains a clean, comfortable space where residents can relax or work, adding to the building's welcoming environment and also support to good working environment. What truly sets this residence apart is the exceptional maintenance service. The team responds promptly to any requests, usually addressing issues within hours of reporting them. Their proactive approach to building upkeep shows in the well-maintained common areas and facilities. I've been impressed by management's continuous efforts to improve living standards. They regularly implement upgrades and new amenities based on resident feedback. While there are occasional minor issues, as expected in any residential building not just here it is happen in any part of world, the staff's quick response and professional handling make these minimal inconveniences. The combination of dedicated staff, efficient maintenance, amazing amenities like Wifi, lobby lounge, co working, movie Theatre to spend family private movie time by booking a time slot, play area with game station and many more and overall building management makes this an excellent place to live. I highly recommend this residence to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable living space with a staff that genuinely cares about its residents. Marina Moon Tower is an excellent place to live. The building is modern, well maintained, and offers great amenities like a gym and high-speed WiFi. The location in Dubai Marina is unbeatable, with stunning views and easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Also the Royal Avenue area is the best area to do our works. The management and staff are always professional and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience. To residence, this tower truly enhances the Dubai Marina lifestyle. Highly recommended.

I have stayed in several service apartments in Dubai over the past four years. This is by far the best. The Apartment's furniture and facilities are modern and excellent. The building has a communal working space which provides a convenient working environment for those wishing to work from home. I used it daily. It would be nice if it opens at 8:00am rather than 9:30am though. Regardless, both the building and the communal working space are managed by excellent and accommodating staff. Thanks to Jory, Man, and Alia to mention few for making my stay pleasant.

One of the best tower in marina. Almost one year passed in 1202 and having great service from all staff. Very polite, kind , quick service. Tower is very clean and well maintained. Nice roof , pool and gym. Best service is floor 13th for working station. Instead of entering the JBR traffic , you do not need to pass across the bridge. Therefore there is no traffic problem around this tower. Easy access from Jebel Ali side too. We are very pleased to met with Ghofran and Klaryss. They are always very supportive. Specially thanks Niaz and Rohit too. You will never regret to live in this tower. Deniz
