Dubai Municipality Headquarters

We have been suffering from an ongoing noise coming out from the exhaust system of a cafétéria underneath the building next to our building in silicon oasis, it's operating 24 hours around the clock, we complained many times to Dubai Municipality no actions has been taken unfortunately. Their system is not appropriate for a residential area, it simply doesn't meet the standards to be placed in a residential area and i am suprised they are allowing them to operate without any measures taken. The noise that emanates from their fan is disturbing especially at night, it is simply not acceptable as we do have rights as tenants not only companies are allowed to run their businesses without any consideration of the wellbeing of residents.

I haven't been able to sleep soundly for months because they are disturbing all the neighbors around the residence called Binghatti Corner with this system they have set up. And this sound noise level is very high, plus it's a system that works 24 hours a day. We've complained many times and they don't care. I also complained to the municipality but, didn't change, Because they turnoff the system for a while and then make it work again, immorally! please help me. I'm about to lose my sanity. I just want to go to sleep and wake up early in the morning to bring the responsibilities of my life. This is my most human right to live... DM has been turning water off randomly about 3-4 times a week- at Al Quoz Pond Park area and baseball fields are now brown with grass dying.. water smell is horrible and when you try and contact call center- IF you can get thru- all they tell you is “we know there is a problem- it is being worked on”. Worked on now for more than 2 months!

There are many dead birds around the compound and in the backyard of my house. Specifically the black doves or pigeons. I’ve tried calling all departments. The last call was with the veterinary department in DM they called and I explained the situation . I wake up today with a message on my phone saying the case is closed! What about these poor birds in the compound? Also the gardener mentioned it’s also in the neighboring compounds too! Pox and new castle disease. It will spread and kill them all. Problem is not resolved and I’m rushing to the vet every week and surrounded by dead birds ! Unhappy . I really don’t know what else to do ?!
