I would like to sincerely thank Dubai Municipality for their swift and effective response to a late-night construction noise issue in my area. The disturbance began around 10:30 PM and lasted through the night. I'm truly impressed and grateful for how their officers handled the situation — respectful, professional, and genuinely concerned. Their response reflects Dubai’s strong commitment to resident well-being and high living standards.

My car’s window glass broke and the small pieces got spilled all around the parking lot. Thanks to the Municipality, within 15 minutes they reached us and cleaned the entire thing out. Such amazing response to hazards. Thanks you Municipality and Dubai Police 🙏🏽

I made a complaint against my neighbours dog who is very aggressive and attacks us whenever we step out of the house. I am a resident of al warsan village C block (Nakheel) and there was no action taken by Dubai municipality instead of the complaints made. They had a visit but there was no outcome or action taken.Today again the dog has been aggressive and tried to attack. We have old parents, kids, at our place who are scared to go out due to this attacking behavior of the dog. There are many other dogs in the community which are chained up but the villa number 711 doesn’t keep their dog chained up which is a threat to all of the society members. Kindly look into this on urgent basis

Residential area mostly. All facilities are available like hospitals, gyms, supermarkets, and schools and restaurants. Restaurants are mostly South Indian cuisine. It's near the Dubai frame and near to al seef . also one metro station is available ADCB metro station.

I think here you can get done their municipality services very easy and fast. So no need to wait for very long time on que (female) specially.
