Same bad experience than Mayur below. When it comes to payment everything is fast. But when it comes to a refund after selling the car, it's completely insane. You provide all the requested documents on time and the process is taking more than one month. More over, sometimes they answer, and most of the time, they ignore you, and then answer your process is nearly done. Hadiel was my contact and I have to say she was not as responsive as she was to get the policy renewal payment. Lucky for me, I never have accident or collision, but other comments give you details about this company and their customer service. Highly not recommended, a true gem if you love inefficient and dishonest customer service.

Worse insurance ever. I called them for a help and I mentioned them that my car is in the basement parking and no battery issue... I don't know what is this but not a battery issue... They came with a battery service and tried that even when I said no... They didn't helped me with my towing service and marked that it's done... They offered me 3 times services n 2 are dead just like that.... Never go for their services.

Hey everyone can you believe my car is with them since 3 months and still they are just providing fake promises. Most worst thing which I’m facing right now is i’m not able to find my previous review here, i came to edit that review so can inform all of you, they still didn’t solve my problem but its not here, I don’t know how they managed to delete bad reviews. I never ever have such kind of experience, as you can see in my profile i have reviewed more then 2000 place . Editing: 30 Nov 2024, until now they didn’t solve it. I’m keep coming. Worst system I’ve ever seen in my life . And it is the best insurance company of Dubai as i heard🤦‍♂️

Don't buy this insurance!!! No reply from them on calls, emails, WhatsApp, nothing. Have comprehensive full insurance and got into a car accident and it was not even my fault. DNI never approved the claim or quotation. I waited 1 month with constant follow ups then paid from my pocket and fixed my car myself.

Extremely Poor Service from DNI Car Insurance I’ve had a terrible experience with DNI Car Insurance, especially dealing with Muammer Yousif. He consistently ignores calls and delays responses. On Friday, I waited in front of him for nearly two hours — during which he muted his landline, sat idle, and did nothing to assist. No updates, no support, no sense of urgency. This is not how a customer in distress should be treated. Extremely unprofessional behavior and a complete lack of accountability. Highly disappointing experience.
