Dubai Old City Museum

I recommend to stop by when the sun is still up in the sky. Of course it’s beautiful at night, but you could see things clearer when it is daytime. Reachable by the metro within 15 mins walk. Also a street of shopping where you can get the famous Turkish ice-cream 😋

A nice calm place to spend the evening. Not so much fun during summer unless you are willing to sweat it out. Has a nice heritage architecture and walking through these streets adds a nice touch of nostalgia. If you are looking for a boat ride or a dhow cruise, you can hop onto on as well.

This waterfront walk is lined with many "ancient buildings" that looks like they were here for 100 years, but in fact they were newly build to resemble old settlement. It's fill with favours and emotional. Also to mention the shops and restaurants that make this place lively. Came here during the day and again after sunset

Just visited around 4pm and had such a lovely time! It wasn't too crowded at all, which made it really comfortable to explore. I'd guess it probably gets much busier in the evenings and weekends, so afternoon might be the sweet spot! The atmosphere was absolutely wonderful - so breezy and perfect for a relaxing stroll while soaking up all the beautiful sights of Old Dubai. This place is definitely a must-see if you're visiting Dubai - you'll love it!

We just visited Dubai Old Town, and it was actually a very nice experience. Very picturesque it almost feels staged, but apparently the houses are genuinely part of Old Dubai. Since it’s low season, about 80% (or more) of the shops were closed. We still enjoyed a nice meal at a small restaurant, but didn’t do much else as the area felt quite empty.
