Worst customer service, this company doesn’t even have a system. I got online order and they did not provide the invoice but i had the barcode on the glasses and they say we can not identify from barcode or the serial number of the glasses the invoice as we have same barcode for other products and serial number. So it means they are selling fake products and can not even identify the product sold by their company. Not recommended to anyone, they are selling fake items.

Bad experience & bad customer service from lady wich ignore to share her name with bad attitude even she refuse to introduce her self. Really disappointed from someone working in shop deira city center without name tag and with badbehaviour.

One of the most unprofessional and frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I visited this branch to collect sunglasses I had already paid for, and I was met with rudeness, arrogance, and zero accountability. Not a single staff member made any effort to assist me properly. One male staff member (appeared Indian or Pakistani) and was bearded a little fat was openly rude to my mother, accusing her of lying and claiming that I was trying to hand over fake defective sunglasses — an outrageous and insulting accusation. Instead of resolving the issue, he walked off mid-conversation. The younger Asian woman was no better — she had a rude, dismissive attitude, refused to answer most of our questions, and acted as though assisting us was beneath her. Her behavior was cold, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. Only after I posted a negative review did the staff suddenly become polite the next day. But even then, they gave me another defective product. The only consistent and respectful person throughout this ordeal was the senior woman at the store — she was professional, kind, and genuinely tried to help. I have no issue with her at all, and she is the only reason I’m giving even one star. It’s clear this branch only cares about customer service when they’re under public pressure. I urge Dubai Optical management to take this seriously — review CCTV footage and interactions, and hold the responsible staff accountable. People like this should not be the face of a premium retail brand.

Great Store, my wife had her eye glasses case broken and the Dubai Optical Store at Deira City Center Mall - Basement Floor helped put with a free case we did not expect. Thank you for helping out. When asked for giving money, they rejected. Pleasant surprise in one of the most expensive and greediest cities of the world to find people like this. Well deserved 5 Stars.
