Incredible service! We are so so happy! I have two cats. One is Norweigian Forest another is Maincoon. Both shade so much and without pet grooming loving team we would’ve be in trouble. Thank you! Highly highly recommended.

Service was really great. They were able to accommodate me same day and even came after an hour of making the booking. Our lil boy is looking super cute!

Service was super low, they forgot to brush my puppy when I brought him treats 20 minutes into service they said they were finished. Asked for him back so they could brush and used a dryer on him…I tested the temperature and it was too hot and he argued with me. The groomers smelled like they were smoking beforehand. I asked for photos during service and didn’t receive any. Not recommended.

Hello I am giving 2 star only because they gave me appointment on the same day and the person who came was polite. I am very upset for the grooming. The overall cut on the face is so uneven and the hair above the eyes is still there.. and I wanted the teddy cut which clearly they do not know. They tried to give the poodle cut to my shitzu..I am very disappointed. They told me he will again cut but I could not trust them. Also the van does not have any name on it. This is my experience today and I will not take their services again. Note: I appreciate that I was contacted by them immediately after the feedback for a refund which I denied. I truly hope that they train their groomer with proper expertise on different breeds.
