I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Amal Fahmy. She gave me very honest and correct advice. The day before, I had visited another dentist because my tooth had broken, and they recommended a root canal treatment and a crown. However, Dr. Amal thought it was worth trying to save my own tooth. She carefully cleaned and filled it, and since then I have had no pain and have been able to keep my natural tooth. An incredibly honest and skilled dentist that I highly recommend to everyone!

I rarely write reviews, but I simply had to share my experience. After ten years in Dubai, I finally found a dentist I trust implicitly. Dr. Max is truly exceptional – not only in his skill and professionalism but in the genuine care and connection he builds with his patients. His bedside manner is second to none; he takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, listens with empathy and makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in. Finding someone you can fully trust with your dental health is no small thing, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found him. If you’re looking for a dentist who combines expertise with heart, seriously - look no further. Highly, highly recommended.

I had my third root canal procedure with Dr. Wael Arabi, and I couldn't be more impressed. I first heard about him from a family friend, and from the moment I arrived at the clinic, Dr. Wael and his team were punctual, welcoming, and made me feel at ease. Dr. Wael took the time to explain the entire process clearly. He immediately performed an x-ray to diagnose my case and walked me through why the root canal was necessary, as well as what I could expect in the future. His communication was top-notch, both during the visit and even after hours, providing me with his contact details in case of any emergencies. This was my third root canal, and it was by far the smoothest. There was absolutely no discomfort during the procedure. I was also impressed by the advanced technology he used, like the x-ray machine and the specialized glasses I wore. The clinic was spotless, and the staff were very professional and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. Recovery was just as Dr. Wael predicted—there was some discomfort for a few days, but no need for antibiotics, and the pain completely went away after the second session. Dr. Wael has become my permanent dentist after just one visit. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and caring dentist.

From start to end this place is what you’re looking for! Easy communication with the front desk who are very knowledgeable with insurance, and very helpful when it comes to booking and accommodations based on your schedule. Thank you Elizabeth and Princess for making it a smooth process. Easy parking since the office is located inside the mall, however instructions are also given by the front desk on how to access the office making it a very easy arrival. I’m sure all the dentists here are wonderful professionals, but my big thank you today goes to Dr.Wael, endo specialist. Very kind soul, who seems to really enjoy his work. Throughout the whole appointment he walks you thru, showing pictures and making sure all your questions are answered and clear. There’s a huge difference between a dentist who’s only there for work, and someone who actually wants to “save” your teeth and smile. Thank you Dr.Wael, assistants and all of you guys at Trio Dental.

Dr. Wael Arabi I would like to thank the doctor. I came from another doctor. Another doctor could not do my filling well and touched a nerve ending. Unfortunately, I had to have root canal treatment. Dr. Wael performed my root canal treatment and his recitation of Bismillah at every step made me feel at ease :) His hand is very light, calm and controlled, as if he was not performing any procedures, he is an expert and explained to me step by step what he did. I did not feel any pain. Since I will be flying in a week, it was very good for me that he finished it in one session. I did not have any problems afterwards. I can now chew on my teeth and press them, alhamdulillah. Thank goodness you exist, Dr. Wael. I would like to thank you for helping me get through this process quickly.
