Disappointing Experience for People of Determination Extremely poor organization for People of Determination at the ICC Championship match 2025. The only thing that was properly managed was the parking. Everything else was chaotic and inaccessible. 1. We had two Premium Seat tickets for the India vs. New Zealand finals, but no staff had any idea of how to guide us to the Premium section. Despite having a child in a wheelchair, no one offered assistance. Staff require proper briefing on these issues. 2. We eventually gave up and tried to sit in general seating, but the security refused to allow the child to use the only lift available—reserved strictly for VIP access. 3. The designated restroom for People of Determination was being used as a storage room, and there was no staff to help. Very disappointing to see such poor arrangements, especially for an international event. Dubai Sports Council should do much better in ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.

A totally unfair referee, unfair match and child abuse during the Football academies champions leagues! The match organizer threatened the people that he can prevent their kids from playing football ever again using his strong relationships, if they try to report him to the higher management. Please let him know that I’m a lawyer and this county is land of law and no relationship higher than the law here ,so let him stop telling the people about his power or I will have a legal action against him.

The 7 star service I had experienced form the staff of Sports Council, Dubai which I have never experienced. Thanks for the heartful support from Mr. Adnene and Mr. Gul (from technical support ) did a great job. Well done keep it up. May Allah bless you all.;

Nice place. The building is in Dubai design district, you can take the right turn from Dubai - Al Ain Road to reach this elegant Dubai district. A Beautiful business park, elegant boutique offices with luxury showrooms and fine dining. The parking must be improved and offer free parking for visitors. The valet parking is now around $10 for 1 hour. way too expensive.
