I am writing to formally report an extremely disappointing and stressful experience we had with a Dubai Taxi driver on our recent trip from Dubai Airport Terminal 1 to Ajman. Upon entering the taxi, we courteously requested the driver to take the Mohamed Bin Zayed Road route to reach our destination in Ajman. Unfortunately, the driver — a female — demonstrated repeated errors in both driving judgment and route navigation, which significantly prolonged our journey and caused unnecessary stress. Key issues during the trip included: 1. Unsafe Driving Behavior: Even before exiting the airport, the driver nearly failed to yield to a pedestrian already crossing the designated pedestrian lane — a serious safety lapse. 2. Repeated Navigational Errors: • She took the Abu Dhabi exit instead of Sharjah, despite clear instructions beforehand. • After ending up in Al Warqaa, she ignored the GPS instruction to make a U-turn and instead took a left, causing further delay. • She nearly missed the Sharjah exit again and almost drove into Mirdif City Centre, requiring us to intervene multiple times to correct her route. • She continued to drive on the service road unnecessarily, nearly rerouting us back to the airport again until we instructed her to exit. 3. Communication and Attitude: • Throughout the trip, I remained polite, respectfully addressing her as “sister” and using “please” when offering directions. • At Wasit Road, she again showed confusion, almost entering a petrol station, seemingly unsure of the proper lane. • When we advised her to take the Corniche exit near our final destination, she abruptly stopped the vehicle and claimed we were the reason she was driving poorly. • She dismissed our explanation, told us to “just stop talking,” and twisted the scenario, blaming us for her errors. 4. I am writing to express my strong disappointment regarding a highly unpleasant experience with one of your drivers on [28June2025, time 00:28 at Terminal 3 MID 054000000072]. From the moment we approached the vehicle, the driver’s behavior was rude and unwelcoming. It became evident that he was making judgments based on our appearance, as we were not dressed in what he may have considered a "formal" or "well-dressed" manner. This kind of superficial judgment is not only unprofessional but deeply discriminatory. After we placed our belongings in the back seat, the driver abruptly slammed the door with force, displaying visible irritation. He then began muttering in his native language, which made us extremely uncomfortable. I attempted to speak to him calmly in his own language to ask if there was any issue, but he refused to acknowledge the concern and continued acting in a disrespectful manner. We did nothing to provoke this reaction — we were polite, respectful, and cooperative. It is unacceptable that passengers should feel unwelcome or mistreated simply because of their appearance. This type of behavior not only reflects poorly on the individual driver but also damages the reputation and credibility of your entire service. I urge you to look into this incident seriously and take appropriate disciplinary action. No customer should be made to feel less than or discriminated against for any reason.

Complaint Regarding Rude Behavior of Dubai Taxi Driver XE194 - Plate No. 7683 / Time: 10:27 AM June 8 2025. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against one of your taxi drivers operating under XE194 plate number 7683. The driver displayed extremely rude and arrogant behavior, showing no respect towards me or my wife as customers. When my wife asked for a receipt, the driver responded by saying, "There is no paper in the card machine. The company did not provide any. I cannot give you a receipt." He then repeated, "No receipt will be issued. OK?" in a raised voice. He became confrontational, raised his voice at both of us, and even got out of his car to take a picture of me without permission. Additionally, he failed to return the correct change after the payment. This kind of behavior is unacceptale and unprofessional. I respectfully request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not happen again.

No stars because SCAMMERS. The driver your drivers attempted to steal from us. He asked for card or cash, when we said cash he took that opportunity to scam. The total was 116 and proceeded to tell us it’s 150 if it’s cash. He was so confident which tells us he’s done this before. Once we said card he said okay 116z This is who is representing your company and reputation. I can tell you he is around 160cm and wears glasses and comes from South Asia (Indian). If you want a taxi company to TRUST in, this is not the way. Thank you for you response. It was 22/07/25 at 2:00pm from the airport in Dubai to kepenski hotel fashion avenue. P.S giving an ethnicity of a person for their crime is not discrimination it is a fact and is needed. The transaction was around 2:03 I believe 116AED
