Not recommended at all! I regret placing an order with this company. Once the product was delivered, there was absolutely no support from their side. They do not respond to calls, emails, or messages, and they have refused to issue a refund despite multiple follow-ups. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

They will be so nice and prompt till they receive your order and insist on advance payment. If at all you happen to return the goods they vanish. They won't repond to calls, emails, messages, or tickets. They will not issue a refund even if you have returned the goods at their office. This is plain ridiculous and unprofessional.

Xpress Rim Repair LLC ordered the following materials: Di Ethylene Glycol Monobutyl Ether & Mono Ethanol Amine (MEA) We received the following deliveries: 1. 06 March 2024 - Inv# DBC/0194, AED 47,397 (Full Order): Material effective, 40 mins for paint stripping. 2. 18 September 2024 - Inv# DBC/0900, AED 15,792 (Top-up): Material less effective, 60 mins for paint stripping. 3. 18 November 2024 - Inv# DBC/1118, AED 15,792 (Top-up): Material less effective, 90 mins for paint stripping. 4. 11 February 2025 - Inv# DBC/0168, AED 46,641 (Part payment): Material ineffective, unable to strip paint. Full order (9 drums) contained diluted chemicals. 5. A replacement was delivered on 14 February 2025, but still ineffective (2 hours to strip). We have paid Dubi Chem, but they are inconsistent with the quality and consistency of their chemicals. These chemicals seem to be diluted and therefore do not conform with chemical data sheets. Dubi Chem Management are not available to resolve the above matter.
