One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I transferred 90% of the payment for my flat on February 5th, and five months later, I still haven’t received any signed document from Dugasta confirming my payment. The Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) is still not registered, and the developer has failed to provide any legal security regarding my investment. A formal complaint has been filed with Dubai Land Department (DLD). I truly hope this will be resolved soon, but for now, I can say: I’ve lost all my savings, and I’m left without any legal protection.

“10 on 10” Sounds Great, But Where’s the Trust? Dugasta claims 10% returns for 10 years with their flashy “10 on 10” slogan. But my experience tells a different story. I paid an AED 10,000 EOI, clearly labeled as refundable. When I decided not to move forward, they didn’t refund the full amount — no proper explanation, no accountability. So here’s the question: If they can’t return 10K properly, how can anyone trust them with long-term investments and promises of 10% for 10 years? Marketing might be solid, but trust is built through actions — and this experience seriously calls that into question. Before buying into “10 on 10,” make sure you’re not getting 0 on transparency.

Wish I can go below this rating , we booked an apartment at there project with 10k aed EOI , cancelled the booking after 6months as the project got delayed by 1 year and they didn't bother to inform us . We emailed them for return of our EOI three months back and since than all they say after emailing them again n again that it's IN PROCESS . How much more time do you need to PROCESS a 10k return ?? !!!
