I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the outcome of the recent interview process. I was invited to attend, and later informed that I had been selected for the position. However, the offered salary did not meet the expectations that were aligned with the job posting or our earlier discussions. I kindly suggest that, in the future, interview invitations should only be extended when there is a clear alignment between the stated package and what is actually being offered. It is disheartening to invest time, effort, and hope into the process—only to find, after weeks of waiting, that the final offer does not reflect the role's advertised value. I appreciate the opportunity, but I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve transparency and consideration in future recruitment processes.
