Duplays Sports Club

Considering a venue that was well marketed and a facility that seemed promising and value for money, I drove all the way from Abu Dhabi to play badminton with my friends, which to my surprise was regretfully pathetic as we were asked to play in a 150sq.m poorly ventilated hall (which had 4 fully occupied badminton courts) with the ACs switched off; keeping in mind the outside temperature was scorching 45 degrees Celsius, when we tried to complain, the duplays staff (who were aware of the situation) informed us that the shuttlecocks blow off due to the AC, and since the school doesn't fix the issue the ACs will remain off and the AC outside the hall is turned on (which in all fairness doesn't make any difference), moreover the other customers are old clients compared to me and since they are OK with it i shouldn't complain. I was offered a HARSH refund, which was condemn-able as it depicts the unprofessional attitude from duplays end. FYI my fuel cost was more than the booking of the court and i didn't drive down just to get a refund. If Duplays really intent a refund, please refund my experience and time. P.S. as mentioned about the shower in the amenities, kindly note that it doesn’t have a lock!

i paid for 5 a side, no receipt, no email, no follow up - Now they are not answering all day, i called 5 times. The site is still telling me to pay. Stay away from this company, they have 0 customer service and dont even provide payment receipts - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - 10 is a real, true reflection of this company

When I moved to Dubai briefly the best part of my week was going to touch rugby run by Duplays. It's a great organisation and made me feel really welcome.

not answering phone, not replying to chatting no email on the website when you need to contact them and send them email. email not sent. cannot contact them in anyway.

Disappointing airport as too small for the volume of people that go through, the lounge feels more like a canteen than a lounge but it is ok.
