I had a great experience with Umer at the shop. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in answering all my questions. He gave clear explanations about the products and recommended the best options based on my needs without being pushy. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely come back or recommend this shop because of him.

Overall experience was pleasent. I was quite satisfied with the assembling of the computer, the technician answered all the questions and doubts I had. I appreciated the effort they put into cable management. Pricing was fairly competitive, as much as can be expected. Took 1 star off because creating the initial quotation for the parts took unfathomably long. I don't think it should take 25-30mins to make an initial quotation of the list of the parts that I provided. Apart from that, all was fine. They recommended alternatives to my parts that fulfilled pretty much the same function, had more or less the same aesthetics, and also fit better into my budget.

I’m not at all happy with the service I received from DXB Gamers. I had given my laptop for repair, and the entire experience was very disappointing. First, it took 4–5 days just to diagnose the issue, and I was told the problem was with the IC. After another 2–3 days of waiting, I was informed by the technician Aarif that the repair would cost AED 350, which was later negotiated down to AED 200 — still hugely overpriced for a basic IC repair that normally costs around AED 50–80. After waiting over a week and paying AED 200, I received the laptop only to find that the issue wasn’t resolved. The laptop still wouldn’t work without a charger and kept shutting off — the exact same problem I initially had. At the shop, they only showed it working while plugged in the charger, which felt misleading. When I went back, I was then told that the laptop had another issue — something Aarif never mentioned earlier. On top of that, his rude and arrogant behavior was completely unacceptable. He spoke in a disrespectful tone and made excuses instead of taking ownership. This is not how you treat customers, especially after they’ve paid and waited for a week. I feel like I paid AED 200 for nothing, and my laptop was still not fixed. The only positive part of this experience was their sales and service officer, Umer, who was polite, supportive, and actually listened to my concerns. He even apologized on Aarif’s behalf, which I appreciated. However, overall, I would not recommend DXB Gamers for repair services. Poor communication, lack of transparency, overpriced repairs, and unprofessional behavior from technicians like Aarif made this a terrible experience.
