The process was smooth from beginning to end. I only had a small document that needed to be translated, the contact was fast and professional, I received the certified translation in my e-mail inbox after a few hours and it worked perfectly fine I strongly recommend
Dear All, Don't do the same mistake and don't choose this agency. They don't know how to translate the name even. In 6 documents they put different name for the same person. Also when I was trying to explain it to the agent Mohamed (if he gave me the right nam of his), he started shout and argue with me. On my question why he didn't confirmed the name with me if he was confused, he told me that it is privet information which he can't get from the costumer. But what about the privet documents which was I sent to him for the translation? This is just ridiculous. Also he was ignoring calls and messages and gave to us wrong location of the office.
Fast and professional. Everything was done over WhatsApp and it was finished within an hour
