I was assisted by Pooja who was exceptional in her courtesy and the way she handled my transfer of a tourist line to a prepaid line. She was very knowledgeable and quickly guided me through to select the best option for me. She is an asset for e& and you should hire more customer service professionals like her to improve the customer happiness instances.

I had a very disappointing experience at Etisalat Burjman store. The customer service executives(I guess so) we're unhelpful, unresponsive, and quite arrogant. Despite a long queue of people waiting, the staff showed no urgency or courtesy. When asked for assistance, I was simply told to use the screen - without any proper guidance, which defeats the purpose of having customer support staff in the first place. Their attitude were dismissive, responses were incomplete, and no one seemed willing to genuinely help. To make it worse, they mentioned network issues and shrugged off responsibility. The entire visit was a complete waste of time. This store really needs to improve their in-store service and basic customer service etiquette. Thank you🙏

Do a survey of your staff performance in store, some of your staff’s attitude is out of this world! I visited this store to change my mobile plan on March 25th. Tarik, a staff member in a black polo shirt, was standing by the entrance with a tablet. He looked rather uninterested and gave me a stern look when I told him I wanted to change my plan. Instead of helping me, he suggested I do it through the phone. This is a clear example of poor customer service. For your staff who may not fully comprehend the importance of customer service, let me explain. When a customer visits your store to make a purchase, they are contributing to your company’s revenue . A good customer service representative starts with a warm greeting and a friendly smile. They actively listen to the customer’s needs and maintain eye contact. If there’s no long line, they offer to assist the customer in-store. Remember, not everyone lives right next to your store. Many people have to travel to get there, and they deserve to be treated with respect and kindness. I’ve chosen to continue using E& because the customer service in the other company is just as lacking. I wouldn’t recommend your company to anyone in particular.

Tareq who was holding a tablet giving tokens in a black jacket has an unacceptable customer service! The worst. Not helpful at all. I wanted to talk to a customer service for help in the machine and my phone. Istead he insisted to do it all alone in the machine. Even i insisted. 😟

really worst service from the staff they asked us to take token and wait we were waiting from long time ,even they dont care about us or our time we inform them two three times that we took the token but they are handling others who came after us .some other staff they are roaming there i dont know what service they are giving etisalat. shame.... Customers want fast service, not slow service. Hire people who know the job. Your employees like this are wasting our time. Worst etisalat burjman metro station employees. No one should come here. These employees will waste our time.😡
