John was extremely helpful, he first understood our needs and recommended the right solution for our organization. He was also able to get the fibre pulled to our unit and get the services up and running within 72hrs. The field service team was also very knowledgeable and answered all of my question and tested voice, internet and wifi access point. Amazing implementation service
This is the worst experience I’ve had at the Etisalat store in Al Fahidi. I waited for more than an hour and a half while one staff member was assisting a single customer the entire time. I don’t know if it was an emergency, but it’s clear they can’t manage such situations efficiently. In the end, they simply said the system was slow and asked me to come back tomorrow. Truly a disappointing experience. If you want service wait 2 hours it will done the staff will just timepass they don't know the value of time
Customer service for etisalat business waiting times are excessive. A 45-minute wait per customer is unacceptable. This severely impacts customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Management should address this issue immediately to improve the customer experience. Increased staffing or improved processes could significantly reduce wait times.
Etisalat&—one of the country's oldest service providers—has an extremely poor customer service center. Did you know they have four staff members dedicated to serving corporate clients, complete with seating, while only one staff member is assigned to assist regular consumers? They even have a separate token system, meaning corporate service executives may sit idle but won’t assist regular customers. When I was asking for guidance one of the staff member named Jessica, who had brown hair, responded very rudely. While I was escalating the issue to the duty manager, the executive handling regular consumers suddenly appeared out of nowhere to provide the service. I hadn’t considered switching from e& before, but after visiting this branch—oh, absolutely! I’m switching. First, they need to train their staff on how to treat customers with respect. Second, end consumers may not bring in as much business as corporate clients, but if enough people start switching providers, it will have an impact. Ultimately, this service center seems to cater only to corporate clients, not regular consumers. Thank you.
I visited Etisalat today for my SIM renewal and was assisted by Carmie. Her service was exceptional—she was helpful, kind, and professional throughout. Truly top-notch! Staff like Carmie deserve recognition and appreciation for their outstanding customer service. Regards
