I visited the Business Bay branch. The studio is great with very good facilities. The trainers are very informative and friendly. I had an amazing experience with my first EMS training session. It was so effective. After the 20 minute workout I felt like I had worked out for over an hour.

20 minutes of EMS workout is guaranteed to make you feel sore in all the right places. For first timers, best to tell your coach to keep the level low and work your way up so you can build tolerance. EMS lasts for about 6 seconds followed by a few seconds rest. This is the interval throughout 20 minutes. Your coach will then ask you to do simple exercises (such as squat, row, lunge, crunch) to target each muscle group. 2 days after my session and my glutes are still sore from all it. Definitely something to consider if you want an effective way to work your muscles at a short period of time. Free parking is available at the building.
