Horrible Experience – Damaged, Wet Items & Zero Accountability I had an extremely disappointing experience with EC Cargo. My shipment (Invoice No: SAKX92404) arrived in terrible condition — the box was torn, taped carelessly, and worst of all, my items were wet upon delivery. Due to this, about 75% of the contents were either damaged or unusable. To make matters worse, Airwin Cargo Kondoty handled the local delivery. They showed no responsibility, offered no support, and didn’t even pretend to acknowledge my complaint. There was zero intervention or response from their side. Important Note: EC Cargo explicitly states they are not responsible for delivery, which conveniently allows them to avoid all accountability for what happens to your shipment. Once it leaves their hands, you’re completely on your own — even if everything goes wrong. This was a deeply frustrating experience. I strongly advise against using EC Cargo or their delivery partners if you care about the safety and condition of your goods.

Absolutely the worst experience with EC Cargo — twice. I trusted EC Cargo not once, but twice, to handle my shipments from Dubai to Delhi — and both times, my items arrived damaged beyond repair. Despite paying extra for their “premium packing,” including wooden boxes, the handling was extremely poor and careless. The packing was completely substandard, and it’s obvious there was no accountability in how the cargo was managed. I lost valuable personal belongings, and the lack of responsibility from the company has been deeply disappointing. If you care about your belongings, I strongly advise against using EC Cargo. They charge like professionals, but the service is far from it. I will never book with them again — and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

My Shipment was not delivered even after 46 days. A proper update hasn't been given after several enquiries.Worst and Ridiculous service. I had never encountered such an experience with any other cargo company. I will never believe this company service again. Finally, we received our Shipment on 27th April. Unfortunately most of the Breakable items have been broken and the non-breakable items damaged beyond repair. I cannot believe that the damage has possibly been caused by handling mistake. Before delivery we had uploaded a google review regarding the service and delivery delay, and they called us and said to remove the review. We were not willing to remove it before delivery. I am hereby attaching th images of our damaged goods. Nobody can believe that this is Handling mistake.

This damage was clearly due to poor packaging and careless handling during transit. Despite bringing bubble wrap, your team failed to use it when packing fragile items and other breakables. This negligence has resulted in significant damage and financial loss for us. Items of this nature should have been handled with extra care and properly secured using appropriate protective materials. We believe it is your responsibility to ensure proper packing and safe delivery of goods, and in this case, that responsibility was not met. If your team cannot provide the level of care and service required for such tasks, it raises serious concerns about the reliability of your operations. We urge you to take accountability for this issue and provide a resolution for the loss incurred.
