I just want to say a big thank you to the Dubai Mall branch of the driving school and especially to Mr. Manoj Singh. He is one of the kindest, calmest, and most encouraging people I’ve met in Dubai. Honestly, every driving school should have someone like him! After failing my test a few times, I was really close to giving up. But Mr. Manoj kept me going,he gave me hope, motivated me, and always spoke positively. His support made all the difference, and today, I finally passed! If you're looking for a driving school where people truly care and support you, I highly recommend the Dubai Mall branch. It didn’t take much time to get my license from eco drive.. special thanks to Mr. Manoj. The way he coordinated with the dates, bookings, advice, at any hour of the day is really commendable. M really grateful to Mr. Manoj for all his kind assistance ( always with a smile) and also to amazing instructors like Danyal Farooq and Anwar Ali from head office. Being a beginner with zero knowledge about driving I can vouche for this driving school is one of the best in Dubai and people in Dubai mall branch is the best to get assistance from!

Finally got my bike driving license from ECO Driving Institute last Sunday! I couldn’t share many photos of the institute as I was completely focused on the training rather than capturing moments. This journey wouldn’t be complete without acknowledging some important people who made it possible: First and foremost, a heartfelt thank you to Mr. Manoj Singh (based in Dubai Mall), who supported me from the very beginning until the day I held my license. His constant motivation and guidance were invaluable—especially during moments when I felt like giving up after facing setbacks. His belief in me helped me push through. Secondly, sincere thanks to Mr. Masood Khan, who trained me for the Yard Test. Even though I couldn’t clear it on my first attempt, his dedication and teaching were incredibly helpful and deeply appreciated. Next, I’d like to thank the instructors who trained me for the internal road assessment. Despite my silly mistakes (often due to overthinking and pressure), they remained patient and professional. I’m grateful to: Mohammad Abdul Mohammad Saad Faisal Iqbal Faheem Khan Your calm guidance made a big difference. For the final road assessment, I trained under Faheem Khan and Abdul Malik—your focused instruction and encouragement played a key role in helping me succeed. Last but not least, a big thank you to the entire ECO Driving Institute team for making this milestone possible. Grateful for the journey, the lessons, and the people who stood by me throughout. 🏍️💪

I had a very disappointing experience with Eco Institute while trying to get quicker slots for my driving test. Every time I checked, there was a waiting period of at least 25 to 30 days, and for several days in a row, it kept showing no slots available. To make things worse, they sometimes changed my booked slot time without any confirmation. The call center support is terrible—unhelpful and unresponsive. On top of that, they kept adding unnecessary extra charges that were never mentioned upfront. What should have been a simple and straightforward process turned into a frustrating. The lack of transparency. void this institute if you value your time and money!

THIS IS A SCAM. Completely useless. PLEASE DO NOT ENROLL WITH THEM. They charge you with false promises and then everything takes so much time. They charged me for opening a file and then told me something is not correct so they will have to close it. They again charged me 500 AED saying they will close the file and that will be RTA fees. However, for over a month no action was taken. People in the sales team say the concerned department will call me in 24 hours but that never happens. After 100s of toys I asked for NOC which took them again a month and AED 400 charged for it. They have now asked me to come to head office which is 250 AED cab. Plus they will never refund me my initial amount. I have been a resident of Dubai from last 5 years and was very confident that such things don't happen in Dubai. They have made me lose trust in Dubai too. Please refrain from enrolling. More than the loss of money, I feel bad about the my time and energy they wasted.
