If you are looking for studio for yoga practice, you definitely should try this one ! Everything is excellent . Super friendly and positive atmosphere . Studio has big windows, so it’s always full of day light . Good equipped with everything what is needed for yoga . Lady on reception is super kind and friendly ! Free tea and sweets for everyone. And of course yoga teacher. I visited classes of Diana . She is fantastic ! You will enjoy it a lot ! And the same time I’m sure you will make a good progress in your practice . She is very professional and has amazing energy .

21 days Challenge It is indeed my first time to do such a challenge and I’m proud of myself to stick around and finish it. I saw my strength built up gradually and amazingly. The successful side of this challenge is believing in myself and that I can master anything by being consistent. Alpa were very patient and loving. Great yogi, started with basic and made it easy. Love the talk and discussions with all the beautiful ladies. Amazing venue with the right location, view and parking slots. This challenge is one of my 2023 highlights and definitely I will be coming back for more.

Salute to Ms. Chrisjo for being a professional pilates instructor that approaches fitness with love, respect and care for our body. From her 2 sessions we did, I have learned the techniques, posture & breath work that helps me to have a stronger body & clear mind. It was a super tough workout that day but you’ll leave feeling relaxed & in addition to sore all over. Thank you to the team of Ms. Chrisjo for accommodating us, good service and very kind.

Had a chance to organize a Pilates event through my personal trainer, ChrisJo, to introduce the fitness exercise to my community and big thanks to Eco Yoga Sanctuary for accommodating us. The place is organized, quiet and enough for around 18-20 participants with equipment already provided. There's free water, snacks, coffee and tea as well and the staff is friendly, ready to answer any query. Parking space also provided within the vicinity. Would love to have another go at it with Ms Chrisjo if given the chance. Thanks once again!
