Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Their team is completely unprofessional and shows zero respect for clients—especially those from abroad. Communication is appalling, customer service is practically non-existent, and they clearly have no regard for timelines, clarity, or basic client support. I strongly advise anyone—especially international clients—not to waste time or money dealing with them. A total disaster from start to finish.

I am beyond disappointed and utterly disgusted with Ecolit. Not only did they blatantly overcharge me with fraudulent billing practices, tacking on hundreds of dollars for work that was never done, but their unprofessionalism reached a vile low with racist remarks from Chris Rayson directed at me during our interactions. The disrespect and hostility I faced as a customer were appalling, making an already stressful experience deeply hurtful. Their lack of integrity and outright bigotry are unacceptable, and I strongly warn others to steer clear of this company. Save your money and your dignity—choose anyone else.
