I had an amazing experience with Edari. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, supportive, and genuinely lovely to work with. I felt like an individual not a faceless candidate. They kept in constant contact throughout the entire recruitment process and I never once had to chase for updates, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. Even after I started my role, they still follow up and check in on how I am doing, which I truly appreciate.

Applied multiple times for an opportunity with them. One fine day they contacted for a 4 and a half month contract despite mentioning to them that contractual jobs impact the resume as companies question candidates for taking up contract roles and its becomes one of the reasons for rejection. They convinced me to accept the job role as 2 of their consultants were expert to convince. The statements they use or any recruitment agency uses is that client is reputable and they will extend the contract which never happens. So they need to reduce blind hopes on clients and follow up timely with the client requirements. I had put up a review about Edari previously and one of their team member contacted saying that it negatively impacts their presence on an online platform and I should rethink about giving a review. I believe reviews are worth it to understand where one stands. I was also informed there would be internal vacancies available so I could get in touch with them which I tried and the same response nothing is available at the moment. All I would say there is a fine line between requesting and begging so if a candidate takes effort to follow up for a job opportunity they are not beggars after spending years being educated. Respect and time maters both for candidate and the company. The 2 star rating is only for the sole reason that their onboarding and off boarding process was convenient and smooth.
