Very bad customer service and highly dishonest. They agreed to work for a specific amount of money, and they finished the work I asked for an invoice they said You pay in cash now we will send you an invoice later, after one hour they called me and asked me to pay 150 AED more if they want an invoice. Very unprofessional behavior at work. I would not recommend them in any situation.

Awful customer service once you pay.After the cleaning of the ac we’ve got a massive leakage from the ceiling in the bathroom .After numerous requests for follow up nothing happened…after 1 month someone called me to go and check …it was too late

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, they had already supplied two full projects for us and when an Emergency Lighting Control Panel got damaged in one of the projects (due to water coming inside) they were charging us 3,500 AED for the supply (the actual market price is 2,905 AED) while they charged us an ADDITIONAL 2,000 AED to program the existing lights. Now you don't need to be an expert to know that this is a scam, moreover when we tried to ask them for a discount; each contacted person kept referring us to another and after almost a week they didn't even reduce the price by a single dirham. To make things even worse, after agreeing to their scammy price (since there are no other options) they insisted that WE have to pick up the panel from their warehouse all the way in Al Quoz Dubai despite the fact that both projects they had done for us are in Sharjah and despite them having an office branch AND a warehouse in Sharjah.
