Contacted them to repair the back glass on my iPhone 12 Pro Max, except for the cracked glass phone was in good condition with no other issues. Their quotation stated in bold ORIGINAL BACK GLASS REPLACEMENT. When they returned my device, the new back glass was dirty, marks, glue on the panel and glue all around the edges of the phone. There are huge gaps around each camera leaving the inside of the device exposed (the diameter of the cameras) indicating that this back panel is not for a 12 Pro Max but rather for a different model with bigger cameras. Their response - "there's little bit difference between the apple original one and the one we buy from third party" AND they damaged the camera, it does not work properly now, no focus / all images are blurry in normal 1x mode.

I had my Apple Watch screen replaced, and the entire experience was excellent. The team came directly to my home to pick it up, which was super convenient. Just a few hours later they brought it back fully repaired and working perfectly. The screen looks great, and everything functions like new.
