I had such an amazing experience at this salon — not only because of the final result, but because of how professionally and kindly the entire team handled everything from start to finish. When I first came in for my hair appointment, I wasn’t fully happy with the result. I had shown a specific reference photo, and after going home and seeing the color properly, I realized it wasn’t what I had envisioned. I reached out to the salon, and they were so understanding, respectful, and supportive. They invited me back in without hesitation, and treated the situation with such grace and care — no attitude, no defensiveness, just a genuine desire to make it right. Manager was absolutely amazing — calm, professional, and truly client-focused and Amal as well. They made sure I felt heard and valued. And the Lebanese stylist (I wish I remembered her name!) is incredibly kind. The result was flawless, the tone perfect, and the overall service truly top-tier. It’s rare to find salons that treat clients with this much respect, patience, and integrity. I left feeling not only beautiful, but genuinely cared for. I took an appointment for lashes and more than happy with the result the beautiful Jonalyn was so professional and quick, I just loved the whole experience. Moreover I didnt have appointments for brows and nails but the very nice and friendly staff made the effort to find me a spot to finish them all. Zainab was very good with my eyebrows 🥰! Couldn’t be more satisfied, thank you very much and I will probably recommend this salon to everyone I know❤️!
