Their products are undoubtedly good however it's very hard to deal with their people, when placing an order you either have to wait for few days or a week before they reply, most of the time you will not get an answer unless you follow up or contacted 2 or 3 other people from the same company, most of the time they will say they will check and get back to you but they never will until you follow-up once again. Customer service is not excellent at all.
