Elite Business Bay Residence

Rented a place for one year in this building. The worst management I have ever seen. Every single person working in this building is unproffessional. The lobby man and the service people are very rude. They don’t know anything. And they just don’t care about helping you. You have to pay for gas and chiller fixed monthly payments. Also some floors have cockroache problems and they dont care to fix it so be ready to kill 2 of them every day. Honestly just happy that I left this awful building. Just runaway from it. Ah and also the parkings are all empty but for some reason you cannot have any guest cars.

Good Building , very well maintained Convenience at the best , there is RTA bus stop , carrefour market close to the building . Gym and pool are well maintained . One of the best building and with good sound proofing on walls . Highly recommended for families .

I stayed at Elite Business Bay, and overall, the building is good and well-maintained. The room was small but thoughtfully stocked with essentials like water, tissues, and other basic items. They even included some snacks, which was a nice touch. However, the absence of a clothes hanger was inconvenient. I mentioned this to the owner, but unfortunately, it was never delivered. The surrounding area felt dull, with not much to do or explore nearby. Another issue was with the building gates—they never open, so taxis have to drop you off and pick you up on the main road, which can be frustrating. While the stay had its positives, these inconveniences did impact the overall experience.

Lovely accommodation. The pool and gym is great. Lots of parking too. Love the fact they have a really nice masjid in the building too. Hope you even more success to whoever’s idea that was. Thank you

I've had a great experience at Elite Business Bay Residence. The apartments are modern and spacious, with amazing views of the Dubai skyline. The gym, pool, and security make life comfortable, and the management team is super helpful. Plus, the location is perfect—just minutes from Downtown, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Mall. Definitely a great place to live!
