We used a transfer from Dubai Airport to the Abu Dhabi hotel. Everything went well. We were met with a sign. Everything was on time. Special thanks to Zahid Afridi.

Our first transfer was missed. With other transfer providers we've used, the driver messages the night before to confirm arrangements. As we'd not heard anything we messaged the 'emergency contact number' and were reassured our driver will be in contact with us. At this point it was around 8pm and our collection was scheduled for 6am. By the time the morning arrived, we hadn't heard anything. We gave it until 6"10am before we began to contact your number again. We were advised that they are trying to trace our driver. After another 10 minutes my partner called the number, the person we spoke to did nothing to reassure us that our transfer would be followed through and hung up on my partner twice. Given that this is supposed to be a customer based service, there was no customer service provided at this point. One of the hotel staff was concerned about the situation and offered to speak to your employee incase there was a language barrier. We were subsequently advised from this phone call that our reservation didn't exist and that we'd have to source our own taxi. We've lodged a complaint with the booking company that used yourselves for the transfer, we have screenshots of the messages so there's no point in deleting this review to cover this up. We will post a review again if this is deleted containing the messages 👍. They are also available on request should you want to see the lack of service we were provided with this transfer
