I used Elite Shipping in September 2024 shipping from Dubai to Warsaw. My goods arrived after 6 months (initially promised 3 months) many damaged and a broken TV. During the process Elite was not responsive, easy to reach or showing willingness to solve the issue with the delay. They also admitted they had cash flow issues that caused the delay at the port in Rotterdam with handover to the local storage and transport company. Once the goods arrived I shared the details and pictures of the damage. It’s been a week and they still didn’t take accountability of the broken TV. I am still waiting for them to even respond to the email, as everything was insured, so this should be handled amicably but it feels they will be avoiding to take the responsibility. I DO NOT recommend to use them, this whole process caused me and my husband a lot of grief, lost time and stress.
