Cian is excellent. Simple exercises got rid of my nagging tennis elbow. Recommend parking in Park Lane across the road (behind the buildings), as it’s difficult to find a spot on the street.

Had the pleasure of working with Chris and Jamie having become bogged down on an unsuccessful ACLR rehab journey. Both were very professional and always took the time to explain how the science and various aspects of the rehabilitation programme they designed, were applicable to sport specific scenarios and everyday life. The structured nature of the treatment enabled me to work towards specific short term goals and the ultimate long term goal of returning to sport. In addition to the physical benefit I received from the treatment, their scientific analysis and feedback also gave me the confidence I needed to return to sport.

I've gone through some fairly intensive surgeries recently on my shoulder, chest & arm (Pec Major repair, Acromioclavicular Decompression & Bicep Tenodesis). Chris, Jamie and the team were able to diagnose and refer me to top surgeons in the UK and Dubai. Following surgery they then provided an intensive course of rehabilitation/physiotherapy to ensure I was able to return to sport. Their programme is expertly tailored and unique to the sports I play (Rugby League, Squash and Triathlons). Facilities are world-class and even have ice baths on site to aid recovery.

Couldn’t recommend any higher. The trainers make you feel very welcoming and comfortable. Really noticed the difference of here compared to elsewhere.
