I visited the happiness center several times. their staffs are very arrogant and cold even I am owner of the property. Their online portal and application is not working properly and taken payment without generating receipt after several days and request is pending with no solution. Sent and called several times to the only cusotmercare number, no solution still. SRs raised to be closed by them without giving payment receipt and request pending with no update. Only they can treat you as beggar as judge. " provide payment proof then i will only check for you for your request"... payment went into their community account 3days back, and they do not give you receipt, the portal is not updating, and when you call, you are treated with coldness and asked to prove yourself. Very upset. I bought the property by their name, but I am treated as beggar with no care at all. I doubt how they exaggerate them as leading community management and brand name. The staff attitude is not acceptable. Their portal /payment gateway taking money without receipt, as good as stealing? And worst case, no matter how many times you call to followup, only answer received is asking me to wait, and wait. while 3days passed, a company taken payment 3days ago cannot allocate the payment? Unbelievable. Never BUY from this developer any longer!
The security in Burj Views and the security Supervisor is very rude and out of line. Once i was helping a friend with luggage and on the way back told security at the reception that their trolley have damage so they can fix it. They tried to put on me the bill for the trolley that I did not break. I asked them to show footage of me breaking it but they did not provide saying you are the one who reported and you are the one taking it last so you have to pay!!! Totally unacceptable behaviour and extremely rude
Dealing with Emaar has been an absolute nightmare. The security at Downtown Views is rude, and the managers are completely unhelpful. It feels like no one there knows what they’re doing. Getting anything done is a struggle—work permits and access cards take weeks, and maintenance is slow and poorly organized. If you try to call for help, it’s almost impossible to speak to the right person, and when you finally do, they’re rude and unwilling to resolve anything. Emailing customer service is just as bad. You get automated replies, and every time someone new responds, they ask you to wait another 48 hours. It’s clear Emaar doesn’t care about their customers. There’s no professionalism, no proper service—just flashy branding. Avoid them if you can.
Emaar downtown is extremely disappointing, I am an owner for a property boulevard central. Recently I can’t allow guests to come to my own property unless I have a guest representative :) Recently the community management team started taking the role of the government enforcing ridiculous mandates, restrictions and regulations on owners, treating them like really bad. This is the worst experience of my whole life.
Dealing with Emaar has been quite challenging. Our initial issue arose when we moved into our apartment in Creek Harbour. To get anything done, we're required to use the Emaar One App, and even then, a confirmation email is necessary for every interaction at the front desk in our building. Even when we follow all the steps meticulously, issues persist, and we often find ourselves reaching out to the community management for additional assistance, as we did with the reactivation of our key cards. This process can be incredibly taxing and time-consuming. It would greatly simplify matters if certain aspects of this procedure could be handled in person rather than relying solely on the app, especially given its occasional unreliability.
