This is by far the WORST customer experience I have ever witnessed. Emails never being actually answered, always ‘we have referred your email to the relevant dept’ then nothing happens. I really cannot understand how you get away with your shoddy work ECM and the audacity to request or submit a justification of raising service charges when your existing community is a mess!! The Greens, Dhafrah, has been like this for over a year. Exposed rusty pipes, unsightly conditions for residents, unsafe storage of chemicals on the car park, just an absolute disgrace and NO ONE IN ECM is willing to take responsibility and answer our emails. I would give a zero if I could.
It’s incredible that an organization of this size and cost cannot ever plan for more than 24 hours ahead. I mean, do you really need to announce pool closures and stuff like that literally one day ahead? Don’t you have a schedule?
Have to agee with all the reviews. ECM is getting from BAD to WORSE!!! No one taking responsibility for their actions. Have been trying to get an approval for over 2 weeks now - they promised 2 - 4 days to resolve. When you call you get a different person and the resolution is always different. Everyone in customer service raises an escalation but no one seems to care. What are we paying for?
Worst experience with ECM each representative have his own rules and regulations manual. You get ìnformation on call from one person and complete the task the other person brings you an other condìtìon and so on. It feels like no proper manual to follow
Zero Star. The worst service provided to a resident who living in their build. I have an issue in the bathroom water leakage problem in Collective 2.0 and this is because of the upper apartment waterproofing problem any this they still delayed for 3 weeks and can’t find a solution.
