Title: EMAAR's Incompetent Payment Follow-up: A Nightmare Experience I have been experiencing recurring issues with EMAAR's payment follow-up. They continuously send me reminders even when the cheques were cleared since weeks. What's worse is that they threaten to charge penalties instead of checking their own bank accounts. Despite promises l, 3 times over the last 3 trimesters, to rectify the problem, they have consistently failed to correct this mistake, causing immense frustration and inconvenience. My decision to purchase EMAAR's services was motivated by the desire for peace of mind. However, the reality has been anything but peaceful. Dealing with their customer care service has been extremely disappointing, as they display a complete lack of concern and fail to respond to my emails. Conclusion: EMAAR's inadequate payment follow-up and disappointing customer care service have transformed my experience into a true nightmare. I am deeply disappointed.

We had nice experience with the Emaar Downtown - Customer Happiness team specifically- Maryam from Desk 17, Amal from Desk 16 and Noorhan from main reception. From the moment we reached out, they were professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. The above staff members who assisted us were attentive to resolve our concerns quickly. It's rare to come across such patient and compassionate service these days. Thank you for your prompt support – you truly live up to the name "Customer Happiness"! Keep up the amazing work.

I wanna commend Ms. Maryam for her exceptional professionalism and outstanding service. Her respectful and courteous approach truly reflects the high standards of customer service that Emaar is known for.

I am not happy with the Emaar’s maintenance team, they charge a big amount for removing the blockage for the toilet and when I approve and paid 1890 in total, which is 210for inspection and 1680 for removal the blockage which they told me they have to use the pressure machine and that’s why the big amount and expensive. Then when they come to the apartment, the Tenant told me they didn’t use any machine and they just use some power!!! Which is unacceptable, I feel that I got cheated!!! And on the App of Emaar one also, I could find any person or place to complain unless only one number 80036227 to call only!! But this number on what’s up is for only sales agents to sale the apartment!!! How you put the same number for the services and which have nothing for after sale service!!! And what this means of the maintenance team with the management together??? What did they do with your customer??? No one cares!!!!

If I could give 0 I would definitely do that because this is what they deserve - zero!! The whole handover process it a joke. I don't even want to go into details because I am so mad every time I come here. The handover process should be a delightful experience but they serve you nerves, anxiety and rudeness!!
